Our perfume oils are for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Allergy & Sensitivity Warning
Allergic reactions or sensitivities can occur with any fragrance product. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
To perform a patch test:
1. Apply a small amount of perfume oil to a small area of skin (e.g., inner wrist).
2. Wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.
3. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Casa Seduction is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing and using our fragrances, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and accept full responsibility for your use of the product.
Ingredient Responsibility
It is your responsibility to review the ingredients and avoid products that you may be allergic to. If you have any concerns about specific ingredients, please contact us before placing your order.
Refund & Returns Policy
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Casa Seduction, every order is packed with care. If something genuinely goes wrong, here’s exactly how we handle it: simple, fair, and fast.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you have two options:
• We include a free replacement with your next order, or
• We replace it right away: you cover the shipping cost for the replacement, and we cover the full cost of the product itself.
Wrong Item Received
If we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong fragrance or size, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Not Loving the Scent?
Fragrance is personal, and the same scent can wear differently from one person to the next. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges simply because a scent isn’t to your taste.
What we will do is help: reach out to us and we’ll help you find something that suits you better, and we’ll include a coupon toward your next order as a thank-you for giving us the chance to get it right.
What We Don’t Offer
We don’t accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for change of mind. All sales are final, except for the two situations above: damaged items and incorrect items received.
How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item
1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order using the Contact form on our website.
2. Include a clear photo of the item (and the packaging, if it arrived damaged) — this is required before we can process any claim.
3. Claims submitted after 24 hours, or without a photo, unfortunately cannot be processed.
